SPECIMEN manuscript inscription. “Stamp Duty” recess printed £25 bluish green, £50 dark violet and £100 aniline crimson with manuscript “Specimen”. Each with varying amounts of gum, the £100 still with nearly all the selvedge with some reinforcement, fresh colour and extremely rare top value specimens with only a small number recorded, each with Ceremuga Certificate (2018).
